If I am stopped by the police, do I have to provide the police with a sample of my breath?
If the police have reasonable suspicion that an individual is operating a motor vehicle and has alcohol in their system then a person has to provide upon a valid demand a suitable sample of their breath for a police officer into an Approved Screening Device (ASD).
